Terms of Service & Research Use Agreement

All products, peptides, lyophilized powders, reagents, and solutions distributed by Amino Elixirs are supplied strictly for IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH, SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION, AND CHEMICAL REFERENCE STANDARDS ONLY.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY PRODUCT BE USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, INJECTION, INGESTION, INHALATION, TOPICAL APPLICATION, CLINICAL TRIALS, DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES, COSMETIC APPLICATION, OR VETERINARY ADMINISTRATION.

These products are NOT drugs, food additives, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements as defined by the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) or corresponding state and international bodies.

Any customer inquiry, order comment, or communication referencing or implying in-vivo administration, human dosage protocols, personal health optimization, or clinical application constitutes an immediate and material breach of contract. Company reserves the unreserved right to immediately cancel the order, refuse shipment, refund the transaction minus processing fees, and permanently ban the purchaser from future commerce.

You represent, warrant, and certify under penalty of perjury that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You warrant that you have adequate scientific education, professional laboratory training, and appropriate equipment—including but not limited to certified personal protective equipment (PPE), chemical fume hoods, eye wash stations, and temperature-controlled storage—to safely store, inspect, and evaluate experimental chemical reagents.

Purchaser confirms that any secondary technician or laboratory personnel accessing the delivered compounds will be fully briefed on the hazardous nature of biochemical compounds and adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and standard chemical hygiene plans.

None of the statements, analytical monographs, or products listed on this site have been evaluated, cleared, approved, or certified by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory health authority.

Amino Elixirs makes no claims, warranties, or representations regarding the safety, therapeutic efficacy, bioavailability, or clinical utility of any compound.

Content provided on this website—including amino acid sequences, molecular weights, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analytical reports, and synthesis methodologies—is provided strictly for educational and scientific reference. It does not constitute, and shall never be construed as, medical, pharmacological, therapeutic, or health advice.

The chemical, physical, and toxicological characteristics of experimental peptides and biochemical standards may not be fully investigated or characterized in existing toxicological literature.

Purchaser expressly acknowledges that handling, reconstitution, and storage of research chemicals involves inherent laboratory hazards, including risk of contamination, chemical sensitivity, and environmental exposure.

PURCHASER KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND FREELY ASSUMES COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND 100% OF ALL RISKS, LIABILITIES, AND DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THE RECEIPT, STORAGE, UNPACKING, HANDLING, RECONSTITUTION, APPLICATION, OR DISPOSAL OF ALL COMPOUNDS ORDERED FROM AMINO ELIXIRS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURCHASER, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES, THEIR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY UNCONDITIONALLY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASES, ACQUITS, WAIVES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES AMINO ELIXIRS INC., ITS PARENT ENTITIES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LAB ANALYSTS, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR WRONGFUL DEATH), WHETHER ARISING UNDER TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE (ORDINARY OR GROSS), OR STATUTORY LAW, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY TRANSACTION, PRODUCT, OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.

Purchaser agrees that this release shall act as an absolute bar and defense against any claim, complaint, arbitration, or legal proceeding instituted by or on behalf of Purchaser or any third party.

Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amino Elixirs Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, environmental remediation costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expert witness costs) arising out of or resulting from:

a) Any breach of this Agreement, representation, or warranty by Purchaser;

b) Any handling, possession, storage, testing, reselling, or disposal of compounds by Purchaser or any person who acquires the compounds directly or indirectly from Purchaser;

c) Any violation of federal, state, municipal, or international statutes, ordinances, or regulatory requirements;

d) Any personal injury, property damage, or third-party claim resulting from the misuse or misapplication of any product.

Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by Purchaser, and Purchaser shall fully cooperate with Company in asserting all available defenses.

Purchaser covenants and agrees that all materials acquired from Amino Elixirs are strictly for direct laboratory evaluation by Purchaser and shall NOT be resold, repackaged, reformulated, compounded into pharmaceutical formulations, mixed into retail consumer products, or introduced into commercial commerce.

Purchaser shall not strip, deface, alter, or obscure the original Amino Elixirs labeling, lot numbers, or research disclaimer banners.

Any unauthorized resale, compounding, or distribution constitutes intentional commercial infringement and a material breach of contract, subjecting Purchaser to liquidated damages equal to three times the gross transaction revenue plus all associated legal fees incurred by Company.

Amino Elixirs provides real-time carrier tracking (USPS Priority / FedEx Express) and cryptographically audited proof of delivery for all orders.

Filing a payment dispute, credit card chargeback, or fraud claim after an order has been verified as delivered to the address provided by Purchaser constitutes intentional fraud and a contractual breach.

In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, Purchaser immediately forfeits all rights to customer resolution and agrees that Company shall be entitled to recover the full original purchase price, an administrative chargeback fee of $150.00 USD, interest at the statutory maximum, collection agency charges, and all legal and arbitration fees.

Purchaser's order records, IP address, device fingerprints, and signed SHA-256 cryptographic consent tokens will be submitted directly to credit reporting bureaus, merchant processing fraud databases, and collection agencies.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or any transaction with Amino Elixirs shall be determined exclusively by final, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single neutral arbitrator.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: PURCHASER AND AMINO ELIXIRS EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL OR STATUTORY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY COURT OF LAW.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ALL PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. PURCHASER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE, JOIN, PARTICIPATE IN, OR ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST AMINO ELIXIRS.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes regarding the enforceability, interpretation, scope, or applicability of this arbitration provision.

Purchaser warrants that the importation, receipt, possession, chemical evaluation, and final disposal of all products purchased comply with all applicable local, municipal, state, federal, and environmental statutes, including OSHA Hazard Communication Standards (29 CFR 1910.1200) and EPA Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) guidelines.

Purchaser assumes complete responsibility for determining whether any local ordinance or state statute restricts or requires special permits for the possession of specific biochemical reagents.

Amino Elixirs disclaims any liability for shipments seized, delayed, or confiscated by local regulatory or law enforcement authorities due to Purchaser's failure to adhere to regional chemical handling requirements.

When you submit an order, your affirmative agreement to these Terms is cryptographically hashed using SHA-256 alongside your IP address, browser user-agent string, exact timestamp in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and order reference number.

This cryptographic record is permanently logged in the Amino Elixirs Compliance Audit Ledger as verifiable legal proof of affirmative mutual assent under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001).

You acknowledge and agree that this electronic record shall be admissible in any legal proceeding or arbitration as conclusive proof of your voluntary and informed acceptance of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement and all claims or causes of action arising out of or related hereto shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida and the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

SEVERABILITY: If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Order Confirmation, constitute the entire, final, and complete agreement between the parties superseding all prior oral or written discussions, representations, or understandings.
